1、 Rotating parts with transverse machining

Parts with keyways or radial holes, or hole systems with distributed end faces, as well as disk sleeves or shaft parts with curved surfaces, such as shaft sleeves with flanges, shaft parts with keyways or square heads, etc., should be processed by turning machining centers. Of course, disk parts with distributed hole systems and curved surfaces on the end face can also be processed using vertical machining centers, and disk sleeves or shaft parts with radial holes are often processed using horizontal machining centers. 2、 Parts with some special types of threads

The threads that traditional lathes can cut are quite limited. They can only machine straight, conical, and inch threads with equal pitch, and a lathe is limited to processing several types of pitch. CNC lathes are not only capable of turning straight, tapered, and end face threads with equal pitch, but also capable of increasing and decreasing pitch, as well as requiring smooth transitions between equal and variable pitch threads and variable diameter threads. When turning threads on CNC lathes, the spindle rotation does not need to change alternately like traditional lathes. It can cycle one tool after another until it is completed, so its efficiency in turning threads is very high. CNC lathes can be equipped with precision thread cutting functions, coupled with the use of machine clamped hard alloy thread turning tools and the ability to use higher rotational speeds, resulting in higher thread accuracy and lower surface roughness.
