Standardized cleaning procedures
Systematic mold maintenance is based on the continuity of maintenance needs and repair operations. In order to achieve the goal of "cost effectiveness", it is necessary to pay attention to the development of a detailed mold cleaning plan when cleaning molds. When cleaning different parts of the mold, such as internal cleaning of the press, edge wiping, routine cleaning, and main part cleaning, the cleaning methods used are also different.
After a certain period of mold operation and visual testing of electroplating wear, magnetic track markings, and residual content in the vent and non vent areas of the mold, technical personnel can determine the procedure and frequency of mold cleaning through visual inspection. Therefore, it is very important to understand the safe operation cycle of the mold and archive observation reports on the accumulation of residual materials and wear inside the mold.
